Program

Chadwick’s Small Group program offers a dynamic blend of strength & power training, speed & agility drills, and mobility & control exercises under the guidance of expert coaches. The small group setting fosters camaraderie and accountability while allowing coaches to provide individualized feedback, ensuring proper form and progression. Ideal for athletes looking to perform at high levels, Chadwick’s Small Group Training empowers participants to boost power, speed, and confidence, translating directly to on-field or on-court success.

Pricing

  • 1x per week - $60 per week

  • 2x per week - $110 per week
