what comes with small group training?

Athlete starts with a private evaluation

Groups work to improve speed, strength, power, and mobility

Athletes are tested and retested regularly to ensure results

Individualized coaching to ensure the athlete is improving on their exact needs

Exercises are progressed or regressed to match the needed intensity or load for the athlete

Groups have a max of a 5:1 athlete to coach ratio

Athletes are grouped by age and then progressed based on their individual skill
