Special Introductory Offer: 2 Sessions for $99
Session #1 - Full Evaluation: We dive into your exercise and injury history plus goals, then capture body comp measurements and baseline tests for mobility, endurance, strength, and beyond
Session #2 - Your first training session: We build on your eval insights as well as any information gathered from your physical therapist and guide you through tailored exercises that are aimed toward your personal goals and the goals of strengthening and injury prevention!
