PROGRAMS THAT PRODUCE RESULTS

Dates: June 9–11 & June 16–18
Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Cost: $499
Who: High School Athletes (Grades 9–12)

Most Athletes Train Hard.

Few Train Speed Correctly.

If your athlete has never been coached on sprint mechanics, they are leaving speed on the table.

This camp focuses on how speed is actually developed: posture, projection, force application, and movement efficiency.

No wasted reps. No random drills. Just coached speed development.

This camp is built around technical speed development, not random drills or conditioning.

    - Sprint mechanics are coached every session

    - High-quality reps with full recovery

    - Structured progressions, not random drills

    - Clear instruction and feedback

    - Competitive environment with purpose

    - Small athlete-to-coach ratio

  • What You'll Notice

    - More efficient running mechanics
