6 Week Nutrition Accountability

Simple. Doable. Done together.

We are launching a 6 Week Nutrition Accountability Program for our small group members starting April 20th!

This is not a diet. This is not meal plans. This is simply building awareness and consistency step by step.

All you have to do right now is commit and say you’re in.

How the 6 Weeks Work

Weeks 1–2: Awareness
Track what you eat each day in Bridge.
Do not change anything yet. Just track and build awareness.

Weeks 3–4: Calories + Protein
Work toward hitting your daily calorie target and protein goal.

Weeks 5–6: Full Macro Targets
Work toward completing all circles for carbs, protein, and fats.

Accountability (This is the fun part)

For each day you hit the goal for that phase, you will get a star on our Accountability Chart at Chadwicks.

We want to see that board fill up.
This is about consistency, not perfection.
