Jonathan “J.J.” Fish is one of the bright minds in the health and fitness industry. By blending the world of strength & conditioning with fitness training he is able to provide the ultimate results based methods, programs, and practices. JJ is one of the rare coaches that seeks to cover all aspects of what makes a healthy human and elite athlete… Sleep, Nutrition, Training, and Mindset. His methods are highlighted by the synergy of high-performance, strength and hypertrophy programs as well as recovery protocols that help his athletes and clients move well, build muscle, get strong, and perform at a high level.
With a degree in Exercise Science combined with almost a decade of training experience working with an impressively diverse demographic of elite strength and power athletes and general fitness clients, J.J. has the unique ability to develop elite performance, aesthetic, and recovery programs.
